Hi - I wanted to reply to your request for feedback after our recent trip from Spokane. We rented 4 15 person vans. I thought your service was excellent. The vans themselves were in excellent conditions and clean. Upon our arrival, the vans were ready to go so we were able to pick them up quickly. This was very important as we had many kids to organize and a long wait would have complicated our situation. You were also very effeicient with the return of the vans. Finally, you were very timely with the rides to and from the airport. It was a very good rental experience - I appreciate your helpfulness and good cheer.

I would highly recommend LAX Van Rental! We were traveling with a group of 75 students from Canada & heading to Mexico to build houses. None of this was easy! Bob, with LAX, helped make an important piece very easy! We were on a tight schedule & Bob helped everything run incredibly smoothly. We picked up 6 15 passenger vans & were on our way in no time. We have never dealt with a more helpful and obliging firm in all our travels, We had hired a 12 seater van to drive from Los Angles to Las Vegas for 7 Adults and 2 kids. When my husband went to collect the van he thought the van would be to small for all our luggage and us. This was not a problem for only a minimal charge extra Bob (great guy) just took out the back seat of a 15 seater van that took all our luggage and us and we drove to Vegas.
